A STRONGER ROUTE TO MARKET

Own your coconut oil business. Grow with SURABHILA.

Making good oil is only part of the business. SURABHILA plans to help local manufacturers reach buyers through a shared brand, marketing and sales system.

A local mill can make excellent oil. Building customer demand alone is harder.

THE SHARED SYSTEM

You manufacture. We help you grow.

Planned access to copra selected against agreed quality standards, subject to supply terms.

Guidance on processes, hygiene and product consistency.

Agreed packaging standards and a recognisable SURABHILA identity.

Coordinated digital campaigns and customer support to help build demand and trust.

Planned access to shared online selling systems and agreed routes to market. Order and revenue terms will be in the agreement.

Practical processes and guidance to help local units work consistently.

Your own business. Backed by shared experience.

You run your unit. SURABHILA plans to provide a brand, agreed ways of working and shared services that can reduce the work of building everything alone.

For a new unit, the model has three parts:

01 / Run your unit.

Manage your premises, people, production and local operations.

02 / Use shared support.

Work with the agreed sourcing, quality, brand, marketing and sales systems.

03 / Check the terms.

Review the investment, responsibilities, standards and sales arrangements before joining.

An everyday product with repeat-purchase potential.

Coconut oil is familiar to many households. A local unit can focus on consistent quality, useful packaging and customer trust.

Coconut oil is used in cooking and personal care, giving it a range of potential buyers.

Customers who value the quality may buy again, although repeat sales are never assured.

Coconut and copra are familiar inputs in Kerala. Availability, quality and prices vary.

A small unit may be possible, depending on equipment, premises, licensing and the financial plan.

Some food-processing projects may qualify for government schemes. Check eligibility and approval before counting on any subsidy.

Manufacturing experience meets modern marketing.

The SURABHILA franchise network is new. The experience behind it comes from existing coconut oil manufacturing, branding, online sales and customer-care operations.

The amount depends on location, premises, equipment and whether you are starting a new unit or using an existing mill. We will share a confirmed range and cost breakdown when the financial model is complete.

You will run your unit, including people, premises, production and the costs assigned to you in the agreement. The agreement will also specify SURABHILA’s responsibilities.

No. Shared marketing and sales support is intended to help participating units reach buyers, but it does not guarantee orders or sales. Purchase, pricing and channel arrangements will be set out in writing.

No. Government support depends on current scheme rules, project eligibility and the relevant approvals.

Results depend on raw-material prices, production costs, quality, demand, sales volume and commercial terms. Review the financial model and agreement before investing.
